saras fey
The wife of Fritz Fey had for years been the heart and soul of the Lübeck Museum of Theatre Puppets. Saraswathi Fey, who was born to a royal family of Indian descent, fell in love not only with her aforementioned husband, but also with the world of theatre puppets. Before coming to Germany she trained as a cosmetologist and dancer in London and Singapore. Saraswathi welcomed every day many visitors to the museum in Lübeck with her polite, friendly and warm-hearted nature, hosting them in the small museum café. She also encouraged the visitors to take a tour of the historic centre with numerous exhibits of Fritz Fey.

In the museum kitchen, Saraswathi Fey, who could always be admired in her colorfoul and beautiful saris, often gave the visitors a taste of her Indian cuisine skills. She still likes to cook Indian today. However, after having withdrawn from the museum work, she only continues to cook in her own beautiful home which is located in rural Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. She wishes to host special Indian cooking classes, culturally significant exhibitions, readings or concert performances in her home one day, making them really special. The passionate cook Saraswathi Fey visits her home in India as often as she can.
